Good morning Divers!!!

Max Depth: 58ft
Dive Duration: 46:15
Time in and out: 8:45 − 9:34
Temp: 61 degrees f
Visibility: 15-20 feet
Conditions: Salt water, shore dive, low tide, waves, surge.
Dive Buddies: George. Total of 14.

Conditions were getting better. The south swell was replaced with a swell from the west. Catalina was casting a shadow towards Laguna. So I was hoping for
good diving. I arrived at the mall and two new people showed up. Rich wanted to dive at Heisler and we took off for the beach at 7:45.

We get to the beach and the water had surface chop with a few good sized waves hitting the beach every 5 minutes or so. I suited up and headed to the water.
A few good waves started to hit the beach. I waited for the waves to subside and then headed in.

We reached the drop down point and descended. We swam along the reef and then we broke up into smaller groups. I continued along the reef. We saw a lot of
large California Sheep Head fish. Lots of lobsters in between the rocks. Quite a few schools of fish swimming by.

We headed back and my group got smaller and smaller until it was only George and myself. I headed back on 330 degrees. This was taking us to Divers Cove. I
ended the dive in 20 feet of water. We surfaced and corrected our course to the shore.

After packing our gear we headed to Husky Boy's for food and conversation. We all agreed it was a good dive and we are hoping for good conditions next week.
