Good morning Divers!!!
Well, yesterday I said "...another weekend with diving..." and I wanted to say without, duh. Of course I saw that the moment I reread it in my inbox. I did proof read it more than once and I still wasn't awake enough when it went out. I hate typos like that, grrrr....

Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. I called the LBLG's recorded report around 10 AM, they were later than usual with release of their daily report, 2-4 feet of surf with occasional 5-6 breakers. As a result, diving was closed in the City limits. Right now as I write this it looks like we have more of the same, 2-4+ feet of surf and viz is nonexistent and diving could be closed once again in the City limits. Remember to call them when conditions are like this at 949.494.6573. I see they usually update their report around 9-9:30 AM, but yesterday it was after 10 AM.

Louis & I have been talking about when/how to get back into the water. Part of me wonders if it will take our Santa Ana winds to blow down the surf for some decent viz. But this downright sucks.

Our plans are for Saturday. I am looking ahead on the various surf/swell models and it looks like Saturday should have a 3 foot max on surf. We'll see how it all pans out, so stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
