Good morning Divers!!!
Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. The swell models show the S swell, although it has dropped down to 1-2 feet mostly. This is GOOD!!! From the longer range forecasts, it looks like it will stay like this for a few days. So for viz today in Laguna, it should be around 10-15+ feet. I got a dive report that said viz at Shaw's last night was 10-15 feet with 1-2 feet of surf, thanks Oscar. So it looks like the conditions are settling down, at least for now. When I look at the storms in the Pacific, they seem to be W of us, which is better than S of us, call it SW towards Hawaii. So if you head out, drop me a dive report.

Our plans are for Saturday. Been looking forward to getting back into the water. Even though there have been a Saturday or two with 10+ feet of viz, I think with the increased surf we've had that we've made the best decisions for us over the last 9 weeks. Hard to believe that we have been out of the water for 9 weeks (With one exception that wasn't worth it). So by Saturday will be 10 weeks since we've been in decent diving conditions. An understatement is I am looking forward to getting back in. So if you are in the same mind set, join us for Saturday. Plus WE don't know how long this will last, I'd like to be optimistic, but we have to roll the dice. Stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
