Good morning Divers!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. show up soon for a scheduled dive and you will have plenty of people to dive with and gain experience in our local waters. Welcome aboard.

On Saturday, I had to start my dive with only 2200 on my AL 80. Good VIP work from a local dive shop. I hate it when I specifically ask to make sure the o-ring seat is cleaned up and they don't do it. I don't use the tank for 5 weeks and it looses nearly 1000 lbs of air. The good news is, on our dive I still got 40+ minutes of BT out at Deadman's Reef. But 20/20 hindsight told me my "Is it worth it factor" was thumbs sideways, not really all that worth it. But I try to have a optimistic view, I could have seen something incredible, if I didn't dive, guaranteed, I wouldn't have seen anything, right? But conditions were not all that good. On top of the reef, about 20 feet of viz in spots, but most of the dive seemed more like 10 feet or so on viz. Surf entry/exit was easy at low tide.

Today, looks like surf is running 1-3+ feet and 10-20 feet of viz, depending on where you go. Drop me your dive reports.

Our plans are for Saturday. stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
