Good morning Divers!!!
Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. Looks decent today, but... When I say that, if you can get your dives in during the week, then you should do so. Surf starts off small and builds all week to the w/e. Right now, surf is 1-2+ feet and viz should be decent at 10-20 feet. Drop me your dive reports.

On this last Saturday, when we dropped down and landed on Pinnacles, I stuck around there for awhile because the viz was good, up to 25 feet. I just enjoyed the interaction of all of the creatures in that area. I noticed on the Sheephead, that where the pectoral fins attach that coloration is quite a brilliant red on the inside. I find it amazing that now that they follow us around the reef that we can actually see various things we would have never seen before, before Laguna was protected. I enjoyed our dive because the conditions were better than I expected. The "Is it worth it" factor was good. Plus I had my tank's O-ring fixed too, so that was a good thing.

Our plans are for Saturday. We have a few days until we get an idea of what it will be like. That is why I keep asking for dive reports, so we can get an idea of how the week progresses. Stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
