Good morning Divers!!!
Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. Well, many of you have read my "Thumbs sideways" comment before, today is such a day. Yes, it will probably be the best day of the week for a dive, but we still have the S swell which is bringing 2-3 feet of constant surf. But while in the surf zone you need to keep an eye on those rogue waves from the S swell that can be 4+ feet, or as some of the forecasts say "Chest to shoulder height". Viz today could be 10-15+ feet, I don't know if I would recommend that new divers go out, that will be a personal decision. All I ask is that you make good decisions based on your dive experience and if you are not comfortable with what you see, don't dive, simple. Drop me you dive reports if you head out today.

Our plans for Saturday. I am trying to be optimistic, we'll see. So stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
