Good morning Divers!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Just show up for a scheduled dive soon and you will have plenty of others to dive with and gain experience in our local waters. Welcome aboard.

Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. More of the "Thumbs sideways" going on. Everyone needs to decide if it is worth it or not. Surf is still running 2-3+ feet with those 4 footers at times. Viz will remain less than ideal at 8-15 feet. Drop me your dive reports if you head out with details about surf & viz, plus I love hearing about what is in our waters right now. I am wondering if the SA winds will help the surf & viz, usually it does.

Our plans for tomorrow. Louis & I did a lot of txt msg'ng yesterday and we came to the conclusion that our "Is it worth it factor" won't be high enough, so we re cancelling our dive plans. I was thinking that the winds could help flatten the surf, but we just don't think it will help enough to get the lower surf & better viz. But if you decide to give it a 'Try', drop us your dive reports. We'll zoom in on next Saturday and hopefully we'll get the conditions we normally get in Nov/Dec, our best of the year. Stay tuned.

Have a Happy Halloween everyone.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
