Good morning Divers!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Show up for a dive soon and you will have plenty of others to dive with. Welcome aboard.

Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. Earlier in the week, I may have been a bit too much optimistic about viz. On Wed when I saw the surf went up, I got dive report a day later and it said viz was 10-15 feet with 4+ feet at surf at some dive sites. I was hoping the excellent viz we had was holding, I guess I didn't get it right. But today, the surf is even lower than yesterday, mainly 1-2 feet, but I would think that as usual, there will be the occasional 3-4 footer that can surprise you. Viz today, I will stay optimistic, should be in the 10-20+ feet range. Send me dive reports if you head out.

Our plans for tomorrow are ON. Will the viz be as good as last week, or better? It will be high tide at around 9:30 and the winds are still with us, although not as strong as a couple of days ago. That should add up to decent conditions. It will depend on where we decide to go. If you haven't dove with us before, Louis & I are usually at the meeting spot by 7:10 or so. Info on where to meet on the web page, "Directions". We'll see you tomorrow. BE THERE!!!

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
