Good morning Divers!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Show up for a dive soon and you'll have plenty of other to dive with. Plus, conditions are good, so you really need to join us. Welcome aboard.

Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. "Get out there", is that simple enough? With low surf, 1-2 feet the viz is good, 20-30+ feet, you should be planning dives in Laguna. It is obvious to me that we are in our best conditions of the year, Nov/Dec. You need to get those dives in before the El Nino rains hit. Last time, I remember the El Nino of 1997, we were out of the water from Jan to mid March, 3 months is a long dry spell. Plus, the dive site that was known as "Pinnacles" are Crescent Bay was destroyed too, leaving only the 1 pinnacle you see now, gives you an idea of how powerful big surf is. We had surf at Crescent Bay in excess of 18 feet, so get your dives in now while you can. You don't even want to think of diving when that hits us.

Our plans are for Saturday. Stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
