Good morning Divers!!!
Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. This is getting old, but local diving is a no-go. I was watching the live cams off & on yesterday. In the morning I saw (At high tide) the water reaching the hotels/buildings along the water's edge, easily reaching 8+ feet. Today, not quite as bad in Laguna but right now, surf is running 6+ feet. You have no business even thinking about a dive today or tomorrow, surf can kill you when you have 80-90 pounds of gear on. So stay safe, viz won't be worth it either. I was even looking at the conditions in San Diego, it appears even worse than here. How about way up north? At least from the swell models, Monterey doesn't look good either. So it is best to get your "Honey-do's" done, get gear serviced, all the things that can stop you from diving when conditions improve. Stay safe everyone.

Get your lotto tickets if you are into that kind of thing. Can't win if you don't buy a ticket.

We are already looking into next Saturday for diving, but I see more rain is in the forecast, so stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
