Good morning Divers!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Show up once we get good diving conditions again and you'll have plenty of others to dive with. Welcome aboard.

Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. Well... The surf is running 4-6 feet as I write this, that's bad. The viz? Well.... (Again). Viz should be 10 feet & less, plus there is most likely a lot of particulate in the water column too. So surf would make it a no go to me, I don't recommend going out until surf & viz improve, just not worth it. I actually got a dive report, 5-8 feet of viz and lots of surge too. I also got a surf report, 3-5 feet of surf, no viz from surface. If you head down to the beach, let me know what you think.

Our plans for Saturday. Well, it will depend on the surf. It usually takes 2-3 days of 1-3 feet of surf for viz to return to 10-15+ feet, we'll see. So as usual, stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
