Good morning Divers!!!
Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. As Louis mentioned yesterday the county issued a rain advisory, which will last for at least 3 days. I took a look at the live cams yesterday, one thing I noticed was the surf height appeared manageable, but it also appeared the surf breaks were non existent, less than 30 seconds between sets. I got a dive report from someone who went out last week, when the surf was manageable and they said the surge u/w threw them around 8-10 feet on each swell. Plus viz was 10 feet max, less most of the time. So I wouldn't hit the water with the rain advisory & surf conditions. It ain't worth it right now.

Our plans are focused on Saturday. Stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
