Good morning Divers!!!
Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. Not ideal, that's for sure. Surf is running 2-4+ feet. We had 1-2 feet of surf on Saturday and the viz all around Laguna was 5 to maybe 15 feet. Today, less than 10 feet of viz. As I said the other day, I don't buy the idea of a "Good navigational dive", that's a load of crap, I want to dive in fair viz, 10-15 feet is my minimum. Sometimes it is better to be somewhat 'Selective' for your diving. But if you head out, send me reports of viz where you went to. Conditions like this is not for new divers, experienced divers could dive, but is it worth it??? Keep in mind there is a high surf advisory, swell coming from the W.

Our plans are for Saturday. It will depend on surf & viz, so stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
