Good morning Divers!!!
Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. When I first saw the swell models I thought "Why is this model on the 2 foot scale??" from all of the dark blue I saw, but guess what? It was on the 1 foot scale!! So yes, the models show Laguna getting 0-1 foot of surf. But alas, the live cam shows what appears to be 1-2 feet of surf. Regardless, this is good. Now will the viz be good? Every dive report I've read have said 8-15 feet. Catalina is getting 5-10 feet of viz, so viz is the question around the south land. If you find decent viz, let me know about it and where you went. Thanks Ruth for the Catalina u/w park report.

Our plans for tomorrow are ON. Show up a bit early if you haven't dove with us before, Louis & I are usually there by 7:10. I expect surf in the 1-2 foot range with occasional 3 footers, so not bad at all, but the viz, what will it be?? So we'll see you tomorrow, BE THERE!!!

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
