Good morning Divers!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Join us for a scheduled dive, conditions permitting, and you will have plenty of others to dive with.

Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach, best phrase I can use for today is "Going South". The S swell is moving in and surf is running 2-4 feet. Viz will suffer too at 8-10 feet. My is it worth it factor is "Thumbs down". If you decide to head out, drop me your dive reports.

I was at one of our local watering holes and I got into a really interesting conversation with a man who used to do hard hat diving in San Onofre. Very interesting to see how it is set up and the challenges of diving in such an unusual place. No, he did not have a "Glow" about him either. But I find it very interesting the people I meet who dive, in many different aspects.

Our plans for tomorrow are canceled. Louis & I both feel that higher surf than desired along with lower viz than desired is a bad combination. So instead, we will look forward to next Saturday. Stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
