Good morning Divers!!!
We canceled our dive for Saturday. When I made that decision the county had not yet lifted their rain advisory and rain was in the forecast. Well, I don't always get this correct, the county lifted the advisory around 3 PM and the rain skipped us here in S OC. From the swell models and the live cams, it looked like 2-4 feet of surf. I read a dive report from Paul who said they went to Montage yesterday and they got 15-20 feet of viz, but the conditions were tough, according to him, thanks Paul. If you went out over the w/e, let me know.

Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Show up for a scheduled Saturday dive and you will have plenty of others to dive with. Welcome aboard.

Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. The surf is staying around 2-4 feet and viz will be all over the place, but to come up with an average, 10-20 feet. Choose your dive site carefully today, never know what goblins you'll run into u/w. Let me know if you head out. Have a happy Halloween.

Our plans are for Saturday, stay tuned.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
