Good morning Divers!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Just show up for a scheduled dive and you will have plenty of others to dive with and gain experience in our local waters at the same time. Welcome aboard.

Saturday recap. We had 11 divers in the water when we decided we would go to Montage. The tide was low and it looked like everyone would have good viz. Surf was nearly non existent and our divers reported 15-30 feet of viz depending on where you were. The reports from sea life varied from Spanish Shawls to Green Abalone to Scallops. So a good day for wildlife. Just about everyone had nearly 1 hour of bottom time with the good conditions. Then we went to lunch at our favorite spot The Husky Boy.

Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. Surf is remaining low at 1-2 feet mostly and the viz will vary from 15-40 feet around the area, I heard that there was 40 feet of viz at Deadman's on Saturday, so this is a good sign. If you go out today, drop me your dive reports.

Our plans are for Saturday. Stay tuned here for more throughout this week.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
