Good morning Divers!!!
Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. We had rain overnight but the question is, will the County issue a rain advisory? The surf is low at 1-3 feet, mainly running 1-2 feet. Viz should be 10-20+ feet around the area, decent viz. But if you decide to head down to the beach and if you see water run-off going across the sand, think twice about diving because that water will have loads of bacteria in it and can make you sick. But the choice is yours to make. As I said, will the county issue a rain advisory today???

Our plans will hinge on the rain. But if there is not a rain advisory, we have Thursday night & Saturday plans. For Saturday, part of our group is going to Catalina and part is here in Laguna. But again, the rain is the question, with another rain storm due in on Fri to Sat. But we'll keep an eye on it and we'll try to give you choices for diving. Stay tuned here for more.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
