Good morning Divers!!! It's Friday!!!
Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. The rain advisory is still in effect and I expect it to be that way through the weekend with the incoming rain. For the record, the surf is low at 1-2 feet and the viz will be low at round 10 feet. But again, I do not recommend diving in our local waters due to the urban runoff, all that bacteria is not a good thing. https://ocbeachinfo.com/ for more info.

Our plans for Catalina are still ON. Since Catalina is not affected by urban runoff, I've only seen one advisory and that was due to a landslide a few years back. So as long as you are ok with some rain, diving should be decent over there, 10-30 feet of viz is what I would expect. So contact Louis for more info louis@southcoastdivers.com Enjoy the trip. So we'll look forward to local diving on next Saturday.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
