Good morning Divers!!!
Current diving conditions in Laguna Beach. First, after Saturday's poor, nearly dangerous dive, I am glad we had 7 very experienced divers out there. Having site familiarity helped a lot too. I was saying that if the total dives were added for those in the water, there was around 2500 dives between them. I was also concerned after I heard about the terrible current for another group that went into the water just a few minutes before our divers went in, I never saw them after our people came out. So if you were in that group, let me know if everyone was ok. Viz was around 5-8 feet from what everyone said. But today, the surf remains low at 1-3 feet but I'm worried about the viz, less than 10 feet around Laguna. If you go out today, send me a dive report.

Our plans for Saturday will depend on the swell, I see there is a S swell coming in today, which should make the waves somewhat higher. So if the surf drops back down, which is the forecast, then we should be in the water. So stay tuned here for more.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
