Good morning Divers!!! It's Friday!!!
Welcome those new to our list of local OC divers. Simply show up for a scheduled dive and you will have plenty of others to dive with and gain experience in our local waters also. Welcome aboard.

Current scuba diving conditions in Laguna Beach. The swell right now is running 1-3+ feet and the forecast for later today will be higher, as in over your head height. Viz remains low at 10-12 feet, I can't imagine it is much more than that with the S swell. But if you do find a spot with decent viz and low surf, drop me a dive report.

Our plans for tomorrow are cancelled. Louis & I were discussing it yesterday and we thought it seem like the last few July's have been rough for diving because we have been canceling more dives in July than other months, so it seems to us. Keep in mind that the Eastern Pacific Hurricane season starts in June and goes through August or so. So with the S swell from those storms, we get screwed here. But we feel it is better to be safe than have a rough dive without viz. So stay tuned here with us and we'll be looking forward to next Saturday. Stay safe everyone.

Diving!! DO IT!! Safely...
